Construction of a permanent youth center for hundreds of teens, providing leadership training, Torah learning, community service, and values-based identity building in a dedicated, modern facility.
At-Risk Youth Resilience & Wellness Center
A safe, therapeutic, and structured environment for 95+ vulnerable youth each year, offering trauma-informed care, emotional support, life-skills training, and reintegration programs — ensuring no teen in Efrat falls through the cracks.
Efrat Mechina (Pre-Military Academy – Givat HaEitam)
A leadership academy preparing young adults for IDF service through Torah study, civic responsibility, physical readiness, emotional resilience, and a deep connection to the Land of Israel.

Efrat’s primary hub for trauma therapy, mental health support, PTSD care, and family counseling — serving over 1,200 residents annually, with specialized programs for IDF reservists, bereaved families, and children.

Gan BaDagan – The Nature Corridor
A 15-dunam eco-educational park transforming strategic land into a protected nature corridor with walking paths, educational gardens, natural play zones, and indigenous restoration — securing sensitive terrain and connecting families to nature.
Efrat Mountain Bike & Hiking Trail Network
A 25 km network of scenic biking and hiking trails that strengthens land presence, promotes health and recreation, connects neighborhoods, and enhances tourism through land activation and environmental stewardship.
