Ryan Levin
Executive Director
Ryan Levin is the Executive Director of the Efrat Development Foundation, leading strategic fundraising and partnerships that advance Efrat’s civic, educational, and community priorities. He works closely with municipal leadership and philanthropic partners in Israel and abroad to turn vision into impactful, on-the-ground projects that strengthen the city’s growth and resilience.
Ryan lives in Efrat with his family and is deeply committed to building vibrant and values-based city.
